I noticed that Stephen Mackenzie is very knowledgeable about issues and politics however, I also noticed that he never answered when questioned about how he would change things if elected. He either doesn’t know what he needs to do or is afraid to express his plans before the primary election.

Perhaps! Or, and I feel this is more likely, he felt he’s already explained himself and expressed his to-do list elsewhere, which is referenced. I’ll ask him! 😉
